Hello Mr. Marvin,
My name is Carole Laybourn and I live at 514 Leisure Court in the Summer Place subdivision. I do not remember any
survey taking place in 2010 in which the majority of respondents were in favor of the removal of the sign. I do remember
attending a community meeting in 2010-2011 and the majority of respondents were happy to keep the sign and were
thrilled that a couple of the neighbors had taken contributions and paid to have it repaired.
I don’t support the removal of the sign and I sincerely hope other neighbors within the subdivision agree with me. The
sign has been an integral part of our neighborhood and I hope it continues to be.
