James,
Hill and Wilkinson has made numerous attempts to contact Michael Martin with
the City of Coppell leaving messages and receiving no response. We still
have no idea as to where we stand on obtaining a permit. The delay in
obtaining the permit is holding up Calhar the Utility Contractor which in
turn is starting to effect our schedule. On Monday morning we will continue
trying to reach Michael Martin to find out the status of the permit.
