Subject:meeting today reschedule for Oak Trail plans
Keith,
I apologize for connecting with you through cell phone email, the 101 residence has two Verizon boxes and
our Verizon account was interrupted
over the weekend by construction cutting the wire and Verizon box damage and repaired late sunday
night...then,
yesterday, due to construction pumping water to flood property from sandy lake road construction project
with temporary line-down again.
______________________________/
Please get the information together for Oak Trail, Whispering Hills as it intersects sandy lake and Oak Trail as it
intersects sandy lake.
Rick and Walter carry out the city plans...Walter is a nice guy managing a circus construction project...and Rick,
well, no comment.
Verbal promises by the city in the past have never been met. "wait and see" is unacceptable.
Flooding of 101 oak trail will no longer be tolerated. and emptying construction site waste water on this
property will neither.
The plans for 101 Oak Trail to be invaded as a drainage area used by the city needs to stop.
The cut out of Oak Trail elevation to meet Sandy Lake for "drains, placed at intersection of oak trail and sandy
lake road as the lowest point on sandy lake road",
is not enough of a "drainage" plan for displacement of water coming from/off of Oak Trail. Keith, Oak Trail
does not drain. PERIOD. do you get it? Water sitting in easements pooling with west nile? Keith, water does
not drain north on Oak Trail...it may flood into 109, but stops there.
Now, cutting out 80' (+/-) of Oak Trail ingress/egress gradation to meet sandy lake road, will allow water to
penetrate the 101 property, without following a road. SHOW ME A DRAINAGE PLAN.
Telling me, that the water with cut out on oak trail will run a "straight line" on pavement to sandy lake for
water drainage, simply is not the truth. We all know how water drains...and it will drain to nearest exit, unless
a plan of management is in place.
Now I need it in writing, survey and engineering plan.
Showing sandy lake drainage, with a separate water drainage plan back by a licensed engineer, is what I want
1
to see. Oak Trail plan, based by a water drainage engineer, is what I want to see. Whispering Hills, with major
amount of run off, with new earth displacement and drainage interruption, water drainage engineer plan as it
meets sandy lake (it used to jump the road and cause a river through 101-witnessed by many). If you tell me
Tiso did the engineering? Who did the water drainage analysis? Who did the topo survey and I need copies of
these reports.
Then, I would appreciate a comprehensive overview on site by yourself, not rick or walter of Tiso, who just
follow orders of engineering department of the city of Coppell.
I reread email, Thursday meeting Ok if plans are available. Meanwhile, stop draining construction site water
into 101. I have pictures. Stop running over Verizon boxes. stop ignoring flags. get supervision out
here. have you really watched this debacle? when we had the gas leak, they were smoking and running
machines while waiting for the gas company. get real, keith. do not ask me to talk to contractors who follow
your orders, as does rick, a construction foreman.
I want to speak to an engineer...and now about the drainage plans.
Under the Freedom of Information act and Federal/State of Texas construction planning & operational
guidelines, what I am asking for is reasonable, based on past exploitation of this property.

thank you, will meet on Thursday if needed for "finding" oak trail plan
