He will only do that after revised civil plans are submitted that satisfactorily address the comments in his Feb. 20th letter. He indicated it would take him 2 days to review and approve the comments related to grading and about 2 weeks to review and approve the remaining items, assuming they are all satisfactorily addressed. He did say he would be willing to issue a grading permit if he is satisfied with the ! Micl;ael Martin - RE: FW: Coppell Gradi ~ermit Page 2 ] L revised plans. From a timing standpoint; Mike Glenn completes the corrections by end of the day on Friday, Feb. 23rd, and Mike Martin receives the plans by 12 Noon Monday, Feb. 26th and is satisfied with them, the earliest he would issue a grading permit on Wednesday, Feb. 28th. The permit for the remaining civl work should follow by Monday, March 12th at the latest. Mike and Ken: We understand that the City Engineering Dept. has limited staff for plan review and if there is anything we can do to help speed the process along please let us know. We are available to meet with you and review each item if you desire. Thanks. Tue, Feb 27, 2001 11:19AM Koll Center Coppell In response to your plan review comments, last week I sent you a letter requesting that the lime stabilization be eliminated and that hot pour rubber joint sealant be allowed in lieu of silicone for all of the concrete pavement on our property. I'm assuming that you will send us some formal approval of this request? Also, yesterday the corrected civil plans were re-submitted to you. We're anticipating a nod from you tomorrow (Wed.) on the grading permit. Please let me know if there is anything Koll or our consultants can do to expedite the permit issuance. We're eagerto go.
