I just wanted to follow up on the balance of the transmission line removal along Sandy Lake Road. It has been a few
months since we visited about it, and I know we will need to bring something forward to our City Council for approval on
it. We have a couple of council members that will be stepping down next May, and I would like to bring this forward
while they are still there.
Let me know if I can do anything on my end to help move this forward.

Mr Marvin,
I am working with Matt Kinsey and Oncor to prepare a description of an existing transmission line roughly
centerline
between Denton Tap Road and MacArthur Blvd. in Coppell. Previously, we prepared a similar description for the same
transmission line roughly from Coppell Road North to Denton Tap Road. At that time, I was provided an electronic
drawing showing current subdivision information that proved helpful in my research.
Do you have an electronic file that I can import into CAD that will provide said subdivision/ownership information?

Please send us a hard copy of the existing Sandy Lake Road the includes the section of line to be removed. Hopefully the
road plans will show the existing underground utilities and our existing structures. We can mark these up showing our
proposed structure locations for the future rebuild for your concurrence. Once approved we will survey as before.

Yes, we want to peruse this as a follow up project. I'll get the DSA signed and returned to you shortly for the current
piece.
I think we want to remove all the way to the last pole on the north side of Sandy Lake where it leaves the right of way
and continues east where the road jogs to the south. It looks like about 2 miles.

remove the remaining portion of the line in a similar manner to the previous agreement and
easement. Assuming your email response is affirmative, we will begin a survey for easement
preparation and prepare a DSA for this project. What would be the limit of the last pole to the east to
be removed.
