Re: Koll Center Coppell
Dear Mike:
We are hereby formally requesting approval to eliminate the lime stabilization beneath the
concrete paving located on our property since we have increased the concrete strength to 4,000
psi. This was previously discussed with you and it was our understanding that you supported it
(see attached memo from Glenn Engineering Corp. dated 12/11/00).
Our request does not pertain to drive approaches and street pavement in public right-of-way that
will be built in strict accordance with City of Coppell standards.
We would also prefer to utilize hot pour rubber sealant at paving joints in lieu of silicon on all
pavement within our property. Again, this would not affect construction of public
improvements. Thanks.
Regards,
).~mes O. Williams
