Atmos Pipeline Easement Verification for Petterson Addition, Coppell, TX
Tommy,
As we discussed, please call 811 to have the pipeline located North and South of where it crosses Sandy Lake
Road. Once the line has been located, please work with your surveyors to determine the 50’ Easement in
relation to the proposed Petterson Addition. Attached is a copy of the easement which may or may not affect
Petterson Addition until the easement boundaries have been determined. Please feel free to call or respond if
you have any further questions.
