Keith,
I has come to the attention of the HOA that during the recent construction along Sandy Lake that our screening
wall has become compromised. We recognize that this is not out of the ordinary during these types of
construction projects, but, wanted to inquire as to the plan to repair this type of damage as it occurs.
The house where the damage to the wall is most noticeable is currently under contract for sale. Is there
something that you could provide the HOA and the homeowner that would give the prospective buyer comfort
that the wall will be repaired properly?
