I hope everything is going smoothly on the Sandy Lake work. I have two things for you.
1) As we discussed, I think we'd like the gate to the property to be as far west on Sandy Lake as
possible....right on the border of the flood plain. Are you all going to draw up plans for that or will
that be an adjustment that you all make on the fly during construction. If there will be plans that
show the final location, we'd love to have them. If not, no bid deal.
2) After talking about it with Alicia, we'd like to take you all up on the offer you made to put up an 8
foot board on board wood fence when you replace the fence instead of putting up the metal cattle
fence. What can I do to help ensure that this happens? Eventually we'll put up a nicer looking
masonry fence, but that might be a couple of years out due to the costs of it.

Attached are the drawings we discussed. I sent these to Terry Holmes as well, as he indicated that he was
working with you to look at options for your new home. I also put Terry in touch with our engineer to get CAD
files for his use. If you decide to use a different builder, please let them know that I would be happy to share
our roadway files with them as well.

My wife, Alicia, and I met with you about a month ago about our lot on Sandy Lake & Cottonwood Drive. We closed on
the property a few weeks ago and are looking forward to moving to Coppell in the next couple of years. During our
conversation, I believe you said you could send us electronic copies or pdf versions of the road construction plans near
our lot. Would that be possible? We’d greatly appreciate it.
