Dear Greg:
After hearing your message, I just wanted to voice Koll's preference regarding an address for the
three new buildings planned at the northeast comer of Freeport Parkway m~d Bums Street.
Koll's preference would be a Freeport Parkway address with even hundreds in the street number
for all three buildings (each building with a different sequential number, 100, 200, 300 or 4000,
4100, 4200 for example). Buildings 2 & 3 front on Freeport Parkway and Building 1 on
Hammond Street. If building 1 must have a Hammond Street address we would prefer a street
number identical to building 2.
We also wanted to make you aware that the plat and site plan were approved at the council
meeting on 1/9/01. The record copy of the plat was signed by the property owner today and will
be submitted for City signature tomorrow.
The Engineering Department is currently assessing the impact fees based on the plans submitted
for permit and 100% warehouse use. Pending finalization of the amount due. the impact fees
will be paid.
