Impact Fees
Mike-
Could you please confirm the City's assessment of the impact fees for both
phase I & II upon receipt of the plans (you should get the plans and permit
application on Tuesday 1-16-01). We need this information by next Monday,
1-22-01, in order to prepare a draw from out lender to fund this amount.
As before, please assume 100% warehouse use. At the council meeting last
week, Scott and I discussed payment of the fees in detail with Ken Griffen.
He is willing to let us bank the proposed ROW purchase amount now, pending
council approval, to offset the initial roadway impact fee payment. He also
said that you guys will review the plans prior to payment of the fees (but
not issue the permit until fees are paid). Thankyou. We are looking
forward to breaking ground.
