This would violate our ordinance.
Developments of one- or two-family dwellings where
the number of dwelling units exceeds 30 shall be provided with
separate and approved fire apparatus access roads
Obviously we have this situation already occurring in our city, so we would be open for compromises?

We’ll need to close it off temporarily during construction, but I think they are asking about a permanent closure. We
would need to turn it into a cul-de-sac.

Not sure we would like it, even temporarily???? The road and on street parking do not present a favorable turn around
opportunity. Let me know if it is a must, then we will look closer?

Any thoughts on closing off Bricknell from Sandy Lake?

Keith,
Is it too late to discuss closing off our entrance on Sandy Lake? Is that even possible? A phone call
would be great if you get a chance....254-722-9380
