Attached please find a copy of thc tin'al legal description for th~ Ko!I site, in Coppell at the SE comer of
Fmc-pon Parkway and Bethel Road. As I'm sure you figured out, thc ctiscrcpan~y was the reference to
Block 5. Tho Land Contra~ legal description incorrectly included Block 5 in the description and Koll did
not latachas¢ Block 5, but only Bloc,~ 1 & 2. This same issue also caused tho difference in the 20.48
acres ~ the 19.386 acres. If you have any' other questions or require additional information, ple~ase call
