Attached are the drawings we discussed. I sent these to Terry Holmes as well, as he indicated that he was working with
you to look at options for your new home. I also put Terry in touch with our engineer to get CAD files for his use. If you
decide to use a different builder, please let them know that I would be happy to share our roadway files with them as
well.

My wife, Alicia, and I met with you about a month ago about our lot on Sandy Lake & Cottonwood Drive. We closed on
the property a few weeks ago and are looking forward to moving to Coppell in the next couple of years. During our
conversation, I believe you said you could send us electronic copies or pdf versions of the road construction plans near
our lot. Would that be possible? We’d greatly appreciate it.
