Subject:Landscaping and Irrigation Bellacere/Sandy Lake Road,
To All:
As a follow up to our conversation today it is our request to move the installation of the
landscaping and irrigation on the south side of our screening wall until such time that construction
of Sandy Lake Road is completed. It is our request also that this waiver not delay the acceptance by
city to allow us to start building homes on lots. If this is acceptable to city please let us know.
