RE: Opening of Burns Street
Dear Mike:
Please allow this letter to serve as a formal request to remove the barricades on Bums Street
between Hammond and Freeport Parkway as soon as is reasonably possible. As the current
owner of 40 acres (south of Bethel, north of Bums, east of Freeport Parkway and west of
Coppell), we are interested in providing better vehicular access (including emergency vehicles)
to the entire site and Bums Street affords the critical east to west ingress and egress. As you
know, the development of an office/warehouse project is forthcoming and the opening of Burns
Street will be necessary for the best access to the site. If we need to make any other requests or
