Dear Mike:
I am in receipt of your letter dated March 27, 1986 regarding the
exterior cornice and your Field Report No. 14, dated March 26, 1986.
We have sent the Field Report to Trice Roofing and Ryan Steel and
will also write Commercial Glazing.
As for the cornice we will do the following:
I. We will remove the cornice at the worst area in the northwest corner
· and rework it entirely so we can produce work you will accept.
2. We will also rework other unacceptable areas.
3. We will have you reinspect the reworked areas.
4. We are backpriming all remaining exterior millwork on the ground. The
millwork that is up has now been backprimed.
5. We will work out.all the associated problems with Trice Roofing and
International Tile.
Please reference item 9 of your report. We discussed this item
about three weeks ago. We need a sketch showing how you want to furr out
the wall since it will affect the wall cabinet that is already made. I
would suggest that the cabinet door on the extreme right side of the cabinet
be mad~ a fixed panel so that it can accomodate the furred out valve. I
would also think that access to the valve in the furring is also required.
Please advise.
