Thanks for your letter to James Williams (Koll Corporate Development)
regarding the availability of City utilities to the Koll project at the
northeast corner of Burns Street and Freeport Parkway. At the end of your
letter you made mention of the temporary closure of Burns Street, what is
the process for us to get it opened again ? Does it take a council action
or only a recommendation from the Engineering Department and what is the
timing ? We would like to have Burns Street accessible as soon as possible
and will be prepared to respond quickly. Please advise me as to your
thoughts. Thank you for your time in this matter.
