As we discussed a fexv weeks ago, in the next few months Koll will be moving forward with its
office/industrial project to the north of the Home Interiors 7 acre site on Freeport Parkway in Coppell.
The City has required that we plan for on-site water detention which will reduce the developable area of
our site. Based on my conservation with you regarding this water detention issue, we have designed our
development on the basis that your client ~viil not be participating in a shared detention area.
