Subject: Desired Revisions - Coppell Town Center
Attention: Mr. Mike Henjum
For several months, the City staff has been discussing with your firm,
many items that we feel need to be addressed in order for us to provide
the needed services to citizens of this community.
Due to time frame of completion of this pzoject and related costs, many
of these items must be postponed until a later date. The items that we
feel are essential at this time are as follows:
1. The addition of the tax office. We understand that this
change order has been executed for an increase in the amount
of $1,815.00.
2. The removal of center wall in the upstairs work room. We
understand that this change order has been executed for an
increase in the amount of $204.00.
3. The addition of a wall, door, and window in the court
room/multi-use (Police Department) for use as the corporation
court.. We have asked that this addition be priced out, but to
Our knowledge, we have not received this additional cost.
4. The addition of an office, as shown on the attached sketch,
for our personnel office. It is imperative that we receive
this cost estimate as soon as possible.
5. The addition of a wall, and door as shown on the attached
sketch, for our Engineering office. It is imperative that we
receive this cost estimate as soon as possible.
6. The addition of a wall, and door in the downstairs computer
room, to isolate the computers from our staff accountant's
work area. It is imperative that we receive this cost esti-
mate as soon as possible.
Ail other items that have been discussed previously, are very important
to us, but will probably have to wait until funding is available.
Please submit these costs as soon as possible so that the necessary
change orders can be executed, if accepted by the City.
sincerely,
Powell, P.E.
