Due to time frame of completion of this pzoject and related costs, many of these items must be postponed until a later date. The items that we feel are essential at this time are as follows: 1. The addition of the tax office. We understand that this change order has been executed for an increase in the amount of $1,815.00. 2. The removal of center wall in the upstairs work room. We understand that this change order has been executed for an increase in the amount of $204.00. 3. The addition of a wall, door, and window in the court room/multi-use (Police Department) for use as the corporation court.. We have asked that this addition be priced out, but to Our knowledge, we have not received this additional cost. 4. The addition of an office, as shown on the attached sketch, for our personnel office. It is imperative that we receive this cost estimate as soon as possible. 5. The addition of a wall, and door as shown on the attached sketch, for our Engineering office. It is imperative that we receive this cost estimate as soon as possible. 6. The addition of a wall, and door in the downstairs computer room, to isolate the computers from our staff accountant's work area. It is imperative that we receive this cost esti- mate as soon as possible. Ail other items that have been discussed previously, are very important to us, but will probably have to wait until funding is available. Please submit these costs as soon as possible so that the necessary change orders can be executed, if accepted by the City. sincerely, Powell, P.E.
