RE: Coppell Town Center
Project No. 8457
Dear Jack:
In light of the numerous personnel changes which have taken place on
this project during the past few months, I feel it is important to once
again reiterate that in-place mock-up samples are required for all pro-
posed paint colors on this project. Painting is not to begin until the
in-place samples are~.~ppzove-~- by our office. I have reviewed our shop
drawing log and it appears that no submission has been made as of yet
from your office with regard to the interior finish legend as indicated
on Sheet A-3.1A. Please advise our office as soonn as possible as to
the disposition of this item, as we are assuming that the paints, floor
covering, wall covering, laminates, unglazed ceramic tile, fabrics, and
base will all be as specified on Sheet A-3.1A.
Once again, it is extremely important that the in-place mock-ups be
provided prior to any of this work beginning, as final approval will
only be given once all samples'have been provided. I would also like to
request that these samples be.provided as quickly as possible, and once
all samples are in place, please contact our office and we will send our
e~lgners to the project site for final review and approval.
