Subject: Coppell Town Center - Addition of Offices for
City Engineer and Personnel Director.
In our latest discussione witb the City Manager, we agreed that it is in
the best interest of the city if the City Engineer and Personnel
Director were included in the staff that will initially utilize the Town
.' Center Building. At present, no provision has been made that will allow

feasibility and pricing and submit your findings, as soon as possible,
to the City Manager's office.
It is felt that glass walls and/or doors might look better than just
solid walls and/or doors, however these additions should blend in with
the rest of the facility.
