Allen RE: 8 acre Municipal Center Site Gentlemen: In a continuing effort to pull together the history of the land transaction between yourselves and the City of Coppell, there are several items that require my attention. 1.) Was the 8 acre tract ever platted? 2.) On a map or plat, show where the 2.2 acres are that have been mentioned in earlier correspondence as a possible land swap, and where, exactly, is the 5.8 acres earlier mentioned. 3.) Show where the 2.2 acres were'removed from the 8 acres owned by the City of Coppell. 4.) If the Town Center is centered on the 5.8 acre tract, does this have any effect on the Master Plan for the Town Center. 5.) Is the swap of 2.2 acres still an alternative? 6.) Would Univest consider the centering of the existing Town Center on the 8 acres owned by the City by swapping land on the east side of the complex with land on the west side?
