Dear Mr. Davis
As you requested, we have completed the As Built survey of the driveway turn-out constructed by NTMCC
with the Village Parkway Pump Station Additions project. This survey was conducted to verify the finished
grade elevations of the constructed driveway. As shown on the enclosed exhibit, the finished grade at the end
of the drive way is high (Survey Point 20) and a section of the driveway approximately 25 feet in length is flat
(Survey Point 14 to Survey Point 21). In order to correct the problem, we recommend NTMCC grind or
remove a section of the driveway from survey point 14 to survey point 20 until the finished grade is in
conformante with the project plans or positive drainage is achieved.
