Dear Mr. Powell:
Attached herewith is a letter of guarantee which we have received from
the Howard U. Freeman Company regarding the concrete paving which was
discussed the January 21 counCil meeting.
I have also enclosed a copy of the letter which has been forwarded to
the General Contractor regarding the requirement for a separate water
meter vault for the above referenced project.
Should you have any questions with regard to this item, you may wish to
meet with Mr. Steve Gorham of the city staff as he is more than familiar
with the history of this item.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have further questions
