discussed the possible needs for telephone service
at the new City Hall.
Attached is a floor plan for your use in
designating where and how many phones each of
you will need.
Please mark the locations of your phones on the
attached floor plan and return to this office
on Friday, January 24, 1986.
These will be furnished to GTE for pricing.
