On December 20, 1985, you were sent a copy of a memorandum froTM Mayor
Duggan regarding the City Hall Complex. To leave no doubt in your minds
as to whether to attend this work session or not, all Department Heads
need to attend. If you don't, then don't complain with the end results.
This work session will take place at the School Administration Building
at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 1986.
