The purpose of the meeting is to update the Project Status
particularly for Mssrs. Proctor, Trando, and Powell; and to
address the proposed changes which the City Staff and Mayor
Duggan had requested on September 18, 1985, for the
Architects to pursue. The Agenda is as follows:
