The Coppell City Council has directed that we monitor all CIP
Projects, including the Town Center & Fire Stations. Your
..: responsibilities will remain the same as previously agreed.
In order to stay informed on the status of the project, please
route all applicable submittals through our office. This
includes, but is not limited to, the following=
1. Site visit reports and inspection reports
2. Reports of materials testing
3. Contract change orders
4. Approved progress payment requests submitted by Contractor
5. Correspondence
6. List of subcontractors, superintendentts names, addresses,
job telephone, etc.
7. Arch%tect~s invoices for'approval
8. Status of project. Please provide a report of project
progress approximately five days prior to each Coppell
City Council meeting (2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month).
We are keenly interested in monitoring the progress of the. work.
We are also concerned about verifYing the adequacy of inspection
and testing and the continued success of the project.
