Dear Mr. Ginn:
This letter is in reference to your letter of December 6, 1984 concerning
extension of the 16" water line in Parkway Blvd, Coppell, Texas from
Denton Tap to the West property line of the existing municipal tract.
UNIVEST DEVELOPMENT COMPANY hereby authorizes you to add this extra work
to your existing contract as per your engineering drawings and at the unit
prices contracted for this work. If, i~ your negotiations with the con-
tractor, their unit prices are revised upward, UNIVEST DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
would reserve the right to review such bids and to determine if we may~
wish to proceed independently.
We would request t~at this matter be pursued immediately so that the con-
tractor can move directly on to this work without moving off the site.
