PSA Architect has submitted four sets of Police/Courts facility
plans to the City of Coppell for review purposes. Two sets were
received by the Facilities Management division while the other
two were given to Police and Courts departments.
A meeting is scheduled with PSA Architect to review the City's
comments on Friday, September 22, 1995. In order to avoid any
confusion, misunderstanding, or difference of interpretation on
this project, we are requesting that your comments be documented
on one set of plans which will be routed to you by Facilities
Management. Many of you know that there has been some confusion
with regard to the renovation of Town Center and the Fire Station
#1 construction projects. The process outlined above is being
implemented to avoid a similar situation.
I will be delivering the set of plans to you for review, and
picking them up for the next department. Below is the proposed
review schedule. Thank you in advance for your assistance with
this project.
