In a letter sent to you dated July 13, 1998, we requested payment for inspection service provided
by the city of Coppell Engineering Department at the referenced location on Saturday,July 11,
1998. Our records indicate that payment has not been received for inspection services provided
you on this date. A copy of the letter is attached for your review.
Please check your records and if you find that payment was made provide a copy of the paid
receipt. Otherwise, please send a check in the amount of $210.00 no later than February 12,
1999 to the City of Coppell at the following address:

Engineering Department at the referenced locations on Saturday, July 11, 1998. The overtime
rate including salary and benefits is $30.00 per hour. Seven hours were charged to your
company on that date.
Please send a check for $210.00 payable to the City of Coppell to the following address:
