Dear Mr. Campbell:
As per your telephone conversation of today with Preston Skaggs of Alton Lloyd, Inc.
regarding the completion of the sidewalks and the channel areas in Coppell Greens Phase
1, please let thi.q letter serve as our commitment to continue working on these areas until
they are completed.
The completion time will vary depending on the weather and final results may vary
slightly due to filed modifications, but completion should be in early December of 1998.
Also, Coppell Greens, Ltd. agrees to provide a looped waterline connection to Denton
Tap Road for the subdivision once the City of Coppell has provided the connection on the
west side of Denton Tap as shown on the approved plan.~ for the subdivision.
The connection will be made according to the plans and specifications approved by the
City, provided however, that we are either in the process of developing Phase 2 or will be
developing Phase 2 in the near future. If the City has not provided the connection within
three (3) years from the date of this letter, the City agrees to automatically release
Coppell Greens, Ltd. from this liability

COPPELL GREENS PHASE I
Dear Garreth:
Pursuant to our walk through today, following is the list of things Argus Development
agrees to install for erosion and sedimentation control:
1. On the North side of the lake, Argus will remove inlet protection covers and install curlex
along both side of the road, around lake area and along street that proceeds north word
directly across l~om the lake.
2. Southern entranceway, the first cul de sac on the left, Argus will install silt fence around
entire cul de sac and seed right of way l~om curb 10 feet back.
3. Second cul de sac on left, Argus will install additional silt fence on western side and at swale
will install load of crashed stone to act as filter mechanism to trap loose sediment. On
eastern side ofcul de sac, Argus will install curlex containing a seed mixture to facilitate
vegetative growth.
All erosion control measures will be installed within the next 7-10 days.
