Dear Preston:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk thru for the paving and drainage
improvements in the referenced addition. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to
final acceptance.

Remove and replace all damaged ADA ramps and sidewalk.
Place silt fencing around ADA ramps and sidewalk, all locations.
Install sidewalk on N.W. end of Kilbridge as per plans.
Turnberry Lane at Denton Tap, remove redwood strip and seal.
Reseal along existing concrete at Denton Tap tie in, including curbs.
Turnberry and Kilbridge, N.W. comer, seal curb and saw-cut.
Tumberry and Kilbridge cul-de-sac saw-cut is only ~' deep.
Kilbridge and Fallkirk, S.E. comer, seal around manhole and ADA ramp.
Kilbridge and Kilmichael, route and seal random crack.
Brick pavers are uneven and gaps are too wide.
Storm drain Line 'A', clean system, re-establish erosion control
handrails. Submit detail for handrail.

Storm drain Line 'D', clean 8'x5' box, backfill head wall, clean and grade out-fall
channel, provide erosion protection upstream, install hand rails.
Storm drain Line 'E', clean system, re-establish silt fencing around drop inlet.
Storm drain Line 'F', clean system, grade out-fall ditch, place safety or silt fencing along
top of ditch, provide erosion protection.
Storm drain Line 'G', provide silt or safety fencing along top of banks on out-fall ditch.
Storm drain Line 'H', place locking lid on drop inlet and re-establish silt fencing around
drop inlet.
Clean and restore erosion protection at all inlets.
In Block 'A' common area, complete proposed canal, grading and sidewalk.
Provide a pem~ erosion control plan for review and implementation.
Provide the required maintenance bonds, including erosion and 'as built' plans.
