Dear Preston:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk thru for the water and sewer improvements in
the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
1. Expose entire yoke in all meter cans.
2. Place 6" of rock in all meter cans.
3. Replace meter cans at Lots 2 and 3, Blk. D; Lots 13, 14, 15 and 21, Blk. A.
4. Locate water service on Lot 10, Blk. A and locate water and sewer service on Lot 10, Blk C.
5. Replace S/S service, C.O. sack, pour concrete pad at: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8, Blk. A; Lots
3, 9 and 10, Blk B; Lots 6, 9, 16, 23, 24, 31, 33, 34, Blk. C.
6. Place valve stem risers on valves at Falllcirk Dr. and Applecross Ct.; Fallldrk Dr. and
Fallkirk Ct..
7. Paint F.H. valve caps red.
8. Valve sack broken at Fallkirk Dr. and Denton Tap; and at Tumberry Ln. and Denton Tap.
9. Valve sack covered at Turnberry Ln. and Denton Tap.
10. Remove piece of PVC pipe in M.H. at 0+00 Line 'F'.
11.'Place plumber's plug in M.H.'s at 5+36 Line B, 9+ 10 Line B and 3+83 Line G.
12. Clean S/S Line D.
13. Install rain pan and chimney seal in M.H. at 4+57 Line D.
14. Grout services in M.H. at 1+47 Line B.
15. Concrete ring and cover on M.H. at 16+65 Line A.
16. Clean concrete from M.H. at 2-1-92 Line H.
