Coppeil's concerns with th~ High Point Oaks development in the City of L~visvill¢.
On Friday September 4, 1998, Bill Anderson and I met with htr. Koch regarding this
d~vdopment. Along with the issues you rais*d, I have a coupl~ of ~oncerm dealing with the
