Dear Ken:
Enclosed for you to review is one set of civil engineering construction plans for the referenced
project prepared by Pacheco Koch. These plans have been submitted to the City of Lewisville
for final approval and we expect to begin construction in early October.
Specific reference is made to the discharge of the stormwater from our site to "The Greens"
residential project located immediately to our south. We are indicating a discharge of
approximately 205 CFS onto the Greens Property. We believe, based upon our review of the
Greens drainage area map, that this discharge is anticipated by their development.
Please note that our initial phase includes only the development of the major site infrastructure
and does not include the detailed site design of the project immediately north of the Greens.
During the initial phase, storm water will be discharge onto the Greens Project in a
unconcentrated, generally sheet flow method. Upon development of the site immediately north
of the Greens Project, stormwater discharge will be collected in an underground storm sewer
system and discharged onto the Greens Property. As we discussed, at that time we will make
modifications to reduce velocities to §-feet per second or less to reduce erosion at the
discharge point onto the Greens Property.

Please review these plans and contact us with any questions you have. If you have no
comments, please furnish us with a letter approving of this first phase of the project. If you
desire, we will submit plans for the site immediately north of the Greens Project upon
development of that project.
