RE: Park Fees for Coppcll Greens Subdivision
Dear Mr. Biggers:
On March 12, 1998 the City of Coppell received a check in the amount of $180,844 for payment
of development fees. The fees included $62,100 for Water Impact, $54,000 for Waste Water
Impact, and $64,744 for Roadway Impact. The City of Coppell has not received payment of
$154,200 for the Park Fee.
In your letter you state that an agreement was made by the Planning and Zoning Commission and
City Council which allowed the Park Fee to be waived in lieu of the City accepting park land
with $300,000 worth of improvements.
Thc City has allowed Coppell Greens to proceed with the construction of the improvements, but
the City will not final accept Coppell Greens or allow early permits to be released for model
homes until the Park Fee issue has been resolved. If you have any questions or comments, please
