Dear Mr. Witt:
Please be advised that the letter you received yesterday was written by me not Mr. Biggers. Mr.
Biggers relied on my knowledge of the events in question when he signed the letter.
Ihad listened to the tape of the September 9, 1997 Council meeting some weeks ago. Additionally, I
have been reviewing many documents from the City of Coppell with your name on them. As such,
' rather than listen to the tapes again, I relied on memory and erroneously inserted your name as the
case presenter in question.
UPon hearing about your displeasure regarding my erroneous statements, I realized that Gary Sieb,
not you, presented the case. Please accept my apology for the mistake. I shall sort my facts into
better order in the future. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact
