Dear Mr. Griffm:
After review of the CDC permit information furnished by your letter of July 1, 1999,
Dallas County has no comments to offer and thus no objection to the proposed work near
De Forest Road. Our position is based on the fact that the H & H information indicates
both a decrease in water surface elevation and an increase in valley storage for the 100-
year flood event.
