Agreement by and between Beal Mortgage, Inc. and the City of Coppell, Texas, relating
to the dedication of right-of-way along Denton Tap Road by BMI in exchange for a 100%
credit against future roadway impact fees to be assessed the BMI tract located along
Denton Tap Road north of the new State Highway 121 bypass. By facsimile
