As per the comments made during the planned development process, there is an existing
pond on the property therefore the appropriate permits need to be filed with the federal
government i.e.E.P.A. 404 permit.
Provide utility and grading plans. These need to be provided to determine where
easements may be necessary.
Appears it will be difficult to provide access to Lots 31-35 Block C on Turnberry. Please
provide additional detail.
