RE: Erosion Control Issues/Coppell Greens, Phase II
Dear:
ProChemical wilt be cleaning Killbridge Lane curb lines starting this afternoon. Metro
Erosion Control will also be installing additional silt fencing to prevent the flow of mud
into streets and storm drains.
We will inspect the silt fencing daily and report any problems to Argus Development.
ProChemical will endeavor to limit the amount of run-off entering public rights-of-way.
If the silt fence alone does not stop the flow of sediment, it may be necessary to install
I'lay bales on the inflow side of the fence. We would remind everyone, that even with
the best silt fence and other sediment control devices, there will be some water run-off.
We just hope that the amount of sediment contained in that run-off wilt be' minimal.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused the residents of Coppell
Greens and wish to be a good neighbor during our stay. If there is anything that
requires our immediate attention, please do not hesitate to contact us.
