Dear Mr. Vanlow:
As per our conversation on Friday, May 05, 2000, I am notifying Austin Bridge and
Road of a paving failure that needs to be addressed and repaired.
This paving failure has occurred at Kilmichael Drive and Dalmalley Lane of Coppell
Greens Phase II. Since this project is still covered under the two-year maintenance
bond, this needs to be resolved as part of this bond.
