I received a call from the consultant preparing Creekview Drive construction plans
inquiring if' Champion wanted driveway openings into their Coppell Industrial Addition
included in the Creekvicw project.
It is our pret'erence not to construct the driveway openings at this time. Sincc thc part of
Champion's property these driveways would serve is "future" development, wc fecl it is
almost impossible to bu~Id the driveways at the exact location and slope the future
development will require. Having driveway turnouts into vacant property also seems to
bc an open invitation for dumping
We appreciate the offer but would prefer to cut the curb and install approaches as part of
the future on-site development.
