1. There is a concern about park traffic using the proposed main North-South drive as a cut-

2. The maximum allowable driveway width is 40'.
3. The bar scale does not match the drawing scale on the site plan.
4. Brick pavers will be required at all driveway locations per City Streetscape Plan. These
should be shown on the site plan and landscape plan.

Provide a note on plat stating that sidewalks would be constructed by owner when deemed
necessary by City Engineer.
Provide the floodplain permit paragraph and floodplain administrator signature block.
A meeting needs to be held to discuss the proposed drainage plan with the City Engineering
Staff.
Need separate instrument document for off-site 10' common access easement if this
driveway is built before the adjacent property is platted.
