PAVECON, INC. offers to furnish all labor, materials and equipment
required for the performance of the following described work in
connection with construction or improvements at above address.
REBUILDING A SECTION OF BETHEL ROAD IN COPPELL
The work is to be performed as follows:
EXCAVATE APPROX. 14" DEEP, PLACE 8" CTB BASE, PLACE 4" TY "B" BASE ASPHALT
AND PLACE 2" TY "D" SURFACE MIX.
APPROXIMATLY 533 SY @ $51.16 PER SQUARE YARD = $27,268.28
Owner shall be responsible to locate all buried utilities lines and sub
structures, and to clearly identify and m~rk all lines a~d sub
structures, by calling 1-800-DIG-TESS prior to COmm~"c~merit of the work
by p~. By accepting this proposal, Owner agrees to indemnify and to
hold PCM harmless from all claims, including its reasonable attorneys'
fee incurred in defending any claim, resulting from damages to any
utility line or sub structure not identified or clearly marked. If
owner shall clearly mark all utility lines or sub structures and such
lines or sub structures are damaged by PAVECON, INC. PAVECON shall
assume responsibility for all repair costs associated with any damage
to such buried items.
Cost of City permits (if applicable) are not included in total cost and
will be paid by owner.
If the foregoing meets with your acceptance, kindly sign and return the
attached copy of our proposal. Upon its acceptance it is understood
that the foregoing, including the terms and conditions set forth and
attached hereto and incorg0rated herein for all purposes, will
constitute the full and complete agreement between us.

RE: Northeast Comer of Bethel Road and Royal Lane
Dear Ken:
As we discussed, I have attached a drawing which shows thc proposed location of a
950,000 SF distribution warehouse and the approximate location of a driveway which
would provide access to Bethel Road. We have shown that access drive to our property
approximately 200' east of the Royal Lane intersection. If that distance is acceptable to
the City, then our question would be what is thc cost to improve that portion of Bethel
Road to allow tractor trailer access to that drive from the west.
