Dear Ken:
I am pleased to advise you that the City of Coppell's $1,050,000.00 advance deposit
for the construction of the new rate of flow controlled. metering station and pipeline
connection will accrue interest on the unused balance during the construction of the
new facilities. Upon completion of the construction, any unused funds and interest will
be forwarded to the City of Coppell. With advance approval by the City of Coppell, the
interest could be used to fund any unanticipated construction costs.
