Re: Coppell Medical Center Drainage
Dear Mr. Doyle:
Per your Handwritten Memorandum dated 5/17/89 regarding drainage
for the above referenced site, proper drainage should be
accommodated for in Roberts and Dowdey's Medical Center
construction plans and also in Jerry Parche's Heartz Road
construction plans.
As you are aware, the entire Town Center area along with the
Coppell Medical Center are to be developed in phases. Drainage
is being designed for ultimate development of the watershed and
thus, as each phase is constructed, additional storm sewers will
be constructed to correspond to that phase. In the interim, some
undeveloped areas on private property may become inundated,
however, wherever buildings are erected the drainage shall be
installed to accommodate these areas.
