RE: Coppell Health Care Center Addition - Final Plat
LOCATION: Near the southeast corner of Denton Tap Road and
Parkway Boulevard.
APPLICANT: Metrocrest Hospital Authority
SUMMARY: Applicant is requesting approval of a final plat. The
final construction plans have not been approved at
this time; however, staff will continue to work with
the applicant's engineer to ensure that all ordinaces,
City codes and development standards are met.
Development fees must be paid prior to January 30,
1989, and R.O.W. for Town Center Boulevard should be
shown as 60' R.O.W.
ALTERNATIVES: Approve the final plat with the condition that the
R.O.W. for Town Center Boulevard be shown as 60'.
Deny the final plat.
